Today the Pope has removed himself from power. While this has been unprecedented in recent history, today's media makes it almost impossible to function in a high level position, something that was very possible, before the television age.
Is it good or bad for the Jews? Recent Pontiffs have somewhat warmed to the religion that begot theirs; yet that could also be a result of the politically correct Internet Era. Only time will tell.
