Calling them Macabees here, was not meant in the fighting sense. It was akin to the original Macabees, who answered the call of מי לה' אלי (and I am allowed some poetic license, no?).
what if they threw a rally and medinat Yisrael paid attention to real news like Putin and crimea....it was not for the other 6 million israelis , it was chizuk for chareidim....
